Location: Chino Hills High School
Time: 9:30 AM
Instructions for Equipment Return:
* All uniforms MUST be cleaned
* Separate equipment before turning it in for quicker processing
* If your child wants them, they can KEEP the stickers from the helmet (remove before turning in)
* Team Staff will help in collecting and returning players equipment AD's will return $50 deposit checks and have the parent sign the equipment book
* Please stress to your parents to be prompt to equipment return (after all you'll have to stay until they show up)

JANUARY 2010 BANQUET INFORMATION -
Date: January 16, 2010
Location: Oak Tree Lanes - Diamond Bar, CA
Cely will be at the Saturday, December 12th Equipment Return to collect Banquet funds...
If you have not already done so, please let Michelle know how many people will be attending from your family, and if you have any family members who also wish to bowl.
The players are FREE.
Adults are $10 for food, and children are $5.
Bowling is $10 for family members.
